Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom, engraved, or final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact Page and submit a return request.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry
- Final sale or promotional items
- Earrings (for hygiene purposes)

How do I return my item?
Please contact customer service via our Contact Us to return your item to us. Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Merchandise must be in perfect sellable condition, unused, clean and in original packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within 15 days and a tracking number must be provided or approval will be void. Approved refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping costs.

Receiving your refund
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. Approved refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Kindly note shipping charges are non-refundable.
