what does in-stock and made-to-order mean?

In-Stock items typically ship within 5 to 8 business days from the purchase date. Engraved and monogrammed pieces take more time to get personalized, and typically ship within 8 to 10 business days from the purchase date.
⏤ Made To Order
Once your order has been placed, it’s made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. The estimated ship date will be indicated on the product page/check-out. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. We’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please reach out via our Contact Us form and we will do our best to support you. For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or update the order.

How do I return my item?
Please contact customer service via our Contact Us to return your item to us. Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Merchandise must be in perfect sellable condition, unused, clean and in original packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within 15 days and a tracking number must be provided or approval will be void. Approved refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping costs.

Receiving your refund
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. Approved refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Kindly note shipping charges are non-refundable.
